Cancellation and Pet Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee.No-shows or late cancellations will incur a charge equivalent to at least one night’s stay.
Pet Policy:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, Morrinsville Motel has a no-pet policy. However, we warmly welcome service animals that are trained to assist guests with disabilities. Please inform us in advance if you will be accompanied by a service animal, so we can ensure a comfortable stay for both you and other guests.

Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Reservations:
All bookings are subject to availability.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Guests must provide accurate information during booking.
A vaild government issued ID (e.g passport or driver’s license) is required at check-in
2. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out time is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
3. Payment:
Full payment is required upon check-in unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted payment methods include eftpos card, credit/debit cards and cash (NZD).
4. Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas.
Designated smoking areas are available on the property.
5. Damages and Loss:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay.
Lost keys or access cards may incur a replacement fee.
6. Noise and Conduct:
Guests are expected to respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.
Disorderly conduct may result in eviction without refund.
7. Liability:
The motel is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
Guests use the property’s facilities at their own risk.
8. Privacy Policy:
Guest information is collected for booking purposes only and will not be shared with third parties.
